Professional Biography
Musamali Victor is the founder and Managing Partner at Musamali & Associates Advocates. He holds a Master of Laws in Commercial and Corporate Law from the University of Nairobi, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, and a Bachelor of Laws from Kisii University.
He has unmatched expertise in Commercial and Corporate Law; mainly focusing on Banking and Finance, Contract, Tax and Insurance. He and has routinely advised and provided legal services to individual and corporate clients, including Banks, Microfinances, Insurance Companies and other entities. With a history of hands-on experience in the corporate environment, he understands the importance of timely and accurate updates to clients.
He is also a towering figure in Labour law and Litigation.
